Bi-mix and (lack of) Orgasms

I'm a new member and couldn't find this topic addressed (in the last year at least so am posting my concern/question.) I use bi-mix injections very effectively and frequently with very low dosage. But since the start I've never been able to achieve an orgasm. I build up, get to 'almost', and it's over. There is a sense of some release, but without the sensation. Question is: Is the lack of orgasm a result of RP (even though it was early and "nerve sparing"); a result of bi-mix itself; or age (71; although orgasms were down in frequency and intensity prior to surgery)?
Has this issue ever been addressed and, if so, any consensus?

Yep that can happen.. Not sure if it is the train wreck in our head or what but I had that when I first started doing injections. It did get resolved. Are you able to reach orgasm with self stimulation (JO). See if you can when your injected and hard. If you can then it will just take a bit of brain training.

As I understand it, if I can achieve orgasm by masturbating (will try), lack of orgasm may be in my head <npi>. But if not, still leaves the questions I posed: Is it due to RP or bi-mix? Any data, or thoughts, on that?

Try more foreplay so you are stimulated more before putting it in. Have wife play with you and do you orally until you feel a strong urge. Also use less lube to get a tighter fit. Maybe a new position

I have no experience with RP. However, I am 70 and tarted Trimix overa year ago. Orgasms (about once or occasionally twice a week) are much less frequent and weaker than they were prior to starting on Trimix. Add in RP and you havev a more complicated situation.
Pygeum has been reported to increase ejaculate. Perhaps it will help with your issue.

Although I take longer Ive noticed that my orgasms are very powerful. So much so they almost hurt

Dennis. I didnt have RP. I do inject Trimix. I still ejaculate semen and havve my prostate
