Super Trimix is a marketing name that is specific to your pharmacy. Even if another pharmacy used that terminology it would likely mean something different. It tells us nothing about the mix, except possibly for someone using the same pharmacy. Therefore we would have nothing to base a dosage recommendation on. But you should be getting the dosage recommendation from your doctor anyhow. That it contains more PGE1 would be a good guess. As for it's effects, well I'd think you could expect more results at a lower dose. Anything other than that would be just a guess.
Many guys find that adding a novelty/sex shop cock ring gives the injection a noticeable boost. Actually a lot of guys find it gives any kind of injection a noticeable boost. I use one worn around the shaft behind the boys. See the Cock Ring thread in the "Members Only" subforum for descriptions on how to wear one. You'll have to experiment on which rings work best for you. Expect some rejects. In that thread I list the ones I like and use but you'll have to experiment to find what works best for you. Point being, with an added novelty/sex shop ring, worn properly, you may find you can stay with the same mix or dose awhile longer.
It's important to remember that the novelty/sex shop ring should not be near as tight as a medical grade constriction ring designed to hold a VED induced erection. Otherwise you will fall under the same 20 minute wear limit. A proper novelty/sex/shop ring should be wearable for an extended time. It should not cause pain, a cold dick, or unusual darkening. If it does, take it off and try a different ring.
