hi everyone,just wanted to ask about inserting the needle in the side of the penis can it go too far in and puncture the middle of the penis? i have used leftover caverject from a prefilled 10mcg syringe it didnt work maybe cause i didnt refrigerate it? thanks for all your replies

See my reply to your previous question. How far you can insert the needle depends on the thickness of your penis. The caverject needle is 0.5 inch whereas many trimix users prefer 5/16th inch length needles. You can certainly push a 5/16th needle all the way in to the hub with a 0.5 inch it depends on your size. You should find that after the needle has penetrated the skin you can feel a second slight resistance as in penetrates the cavernosa it is then in the right place. The syringe plunger should be quite easy to press. If you feel resistance when pressing the plunger you may be in the wrong place - pull out a bit and try again.

Bluewhippet I asked my uro the same question. He said the size of the penis had no bearing on how far you have to go in. I use 1/2" and he said if you do it right thats long enough. Im small when faccid, so i was afraid of going in too far.

Hi and happy halidays to all,,, I also use a half inch needle but I go in at 90degrees and at the 1:00 or 11:00 oclock postions that is where I think you get the biggest part of the CC oh and more toward the base of the Penis works for me everytime useing Edex I hope this info is helpful and good luck to all.

thank you for all your replies,glad i found this website so many helpfull people tankerman it makes sense what you said going in at 90 degrees will cover a larger area i think it might be even better if the penis is a little errect . i will give it a go this week and see what happens
