hello guys . so i ordered a bottle of alprostadil and seller said there is enough for 12 doses depending on the amount used . but i read on line that once mixed it must be discarded after 24 hours [the portion in needle used the] and the whole bottle must be mixed.
so possibly 2 doses in 24 hours and the rest gets thrown out . the order cost over $40 if this is the case ,this is the first time and last time ill be using this method.

I get my alprostadil mono-mix from a local compounder already mixed in sterile saline. The vial says it's good for 3 days refrigerated and 30 days frozen. I keep it in the back of the freezer where it actually freezes solid. I've used it when it was nearly 18 months old. If it lost any potency it was wasn't very much. I'm certainly not going to tell you that's a good idea, and it probably isn't, but it's what I did. I should note that my pharmacy dispenses me 10 ml in ten 1ml vials. The one I'm using out of goes in the front of the freezer where it doesn't usually freeze solid. The rest go in the back of the freezer where it does freeze solid.

How legit is the place you're getting it from?

ok thanks . it seems some of the medical online sites do a copy and post routine. like with viagra ,they said do not take it everyday . now years later i read that taking a daily dose has cured some men of ed .
i bought it from a equivalent of amazon in the Philippines. so im going off of costumer reviews which are positive . i have sent a inquiry to the seller on the storage time after its mixed
Edit : i received a reply from a customer and he said the mixed portion can be refrigerated for one year . ill give it a try and see how it goes .

I'd go with the frozen for one year.

Bldoink.........do you know if the individual Edex cartridges can be frozen?
I have a few extra 40mg Edex cartridges and I don't want them going bad.
Your Advice??

I've used the cartridges well past the listed expiration date. Just keep them at a reasonable temp. If still in the dry powdered form it should keep for a long time. If it looks at all abnormal I'd trash it.
