New formulation

My Trimix was not producing the results it once had. My urologist changed the prescription. Comparing the old mix to the new, the differences I see was that the old contained Phentolamine and the new contains Phentolamine Mesylate. The mix was 10 MCG/30MG/1 MG ML and I was using 35 units. The new mix increased the first number to 20 MCG. I was told to start off with 20 units and it did work well. I am not familiar with all the science of the mix. I'm just glad to report that a change in formulation has helped. Now if I could find something to motivate my other half I'd been doing fine. I think the term for women should be Men - On - Pause. Kind of frustrating.

My guess is that the Phentolamine is the same they just wrote the correct long version of the name this time. My other guess is that the actual change was in doubling the alprostadil (PGE1) from 10mcg to 20. You were on a starter mix. Your doctor just bumped you up a notch. Hopefully you'll be good there for a good while.

Give her time...

Was she on board when you started Trimix.

She may be apprehensive that injections are reliable.
Both men and women have a tendency to shut down their sexual side if they perceive rejection or things not working.

falcon: Masters and Johnson said that menopause sex shutdown can usually be cured with the right hormone replacement therapy. That's what my wife, age 78 got, and she's enthusiastic about sex with a dildo, sex with me, and sex with a bigger dildo, in that order, all in the same session. Nice and wet, nice and tight! :D

I'm not sure if I did the reply correctly. That is quoting sogwaps reply to my original post???

Yes my other half was on board when I started Trimix. I had also tried Cialis, Viagra, Muse.

She is understanding. And just last night I missed the target and my injection failed. It troubles me more than it does her.

My lady is very anti medications when it comes to herself. I know I could never get her to do any therapy.
It's great that you and her have found your happy place!
