First, hope everyone had a safe and happy new year! Now for my first question of the year. This morning I filled my syringe but luckly before I injected I remembered I had some errands to do,so my question is how long is the Trimix good in the syringe(I did put the syringe back into the fridge)or does it not matter?

Re: Trimix life in the syringe?
Some Trimix is purchased already in the syringe; apparently refrigeration is the key. The normal "shelf life" should apply whether in the syringe or the vial.

I agree with John.
Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

Re: Trimix life in the syringe?
I have read that Trimix can remain at room temperature for up to three weeks. I was not aware that it needed to be refrigerated so I kept my first vial unrefridgerated and I was still getting good results for at least four weeks, though I do recall the quality of my erections declined a bit towards the end. I read that the PGE1 is mixed with an alchohol base to increase its shelf life.

What I have been told is keeping it in the fridge as much as possible extends the shelf life. I was told by one guy who uses a low dose by keeping it in the fridge as much as possible he got as much as 5 months out of a vile.
50 YRS old Have had ED since 2005 started TRT in 2006 have used androgel, fortesta gels, aveed injections, and testapel implants testapel works the best so far. oral meds never really worked for ED used trimix with mixed results.

I have vial that expires today. I injected and it worked fine. Was wondering how long it will last after the expiration date as I have plenty still in the vial. I inject a small doses twice a week so it should last longer.

Re: Trimix life in the syringe?
I join with the idea that in the fridge and in the syringe is ok for as long as it would be good in the bottle. The syringe is sterile and clean just as the jug. I think I noticed that after 5 months my supply at the last had gotten a bit weaker. I wait now and run out before getting a new supply. If a truck lost it's load on the freeway, be the craps to have only a short duration to use it all!! Just my luck.

Cmet,
Sometimes I have brought my Trimix shot to bedroom (with a koolpack) and did not actually get to use it that night.. and sometimes forgot about it til next day. I just put em back in the fridge. I've never wasted a single shot!
On actually storing in a syringe, I took a lesson from other veteran shooters who said they filled up, say, 5 or 10 syringes and just keep them all in the fridge ready to go. Much less fuss to do a bunch and grab one On The Run -- and use less alcohol wipes too.
