62 descent shape married 35 years,, combination ssri and age for ED. Trimix .06 tonight. Drug was easy to install, nice erection with forplay. Got my wife off first manually while being hard as heck. Intercourse was good but not getting me over the edge. Wife gets tired, starts being an effort. I finally got frustrated with her lack of effort. It felt like it was a chore.

Side effect for me is a big case of anorgasmia. I’m lucky if I get one orgasm and then its with my hand that makes it work. Wife gets plenty though. After an hour or two, she’s spent.

When I first used Trimix, It was if I had to relearn how to have sex.
Previously I suffered from both ED and PE, First I had trouble getting an erection, then I only lasted a couple of minutes and I would either ejaculate or lose my erection.
After I started using Trimix I had an erection from the start of foreplay till well past the sex act.
I had to learn how to have sex with an erection where I did not have to worry about keeping my erection or it going away.
In your situation, it may be a lot different. For example, you mentioned the wife getting tired and what felt like a lack of effort.
Where before I could only hope to keep my erection I now have to ask if she has had enough. I personally would like to continue having extended sex but I also don't want to frustrate her with what might appear as me being selfish.

First of all - congrats Lizardbreath to enjoy your new found confidence. Trimix is indeed an angel. I am sure we would like to extend the play but respect to our mates to have continued with us when we were not able to satisfy them. So lets enjoy the intimacy and not feel it is a chore!

Be patient with your wife. Not many women can handle sex for the duration of your erection with Trimix since it might last an hour or two. As for your anorgasmia, it may or may not be from the Trimix. If you are still taking the SSRIs, you might check with your doctor to see if you can lower the dose and/or try to ween off the drugs. Antidepressants will definitely cause anorgasmia and ED. Additionally, too high of a TriMix dose might cause an achey feeling that doesn't help that situation, although you'll be hard as a rock. So you might experiment with a slightly lower dose (a few units less, in increments, to find the sweet spot). I'm not a doctor, just speaking from experience.
As others have mentioned here... make sure you communicate with your wife to see if she's had enough. Maybe she's willing to do other things besides PIV sex once she's orgasmed. I.e., my wife will usually offer up a gentle handjob massage using good silicone lubricant. I'm very appreciative of her efforts, and she doesn't seem to mind, knowing I'm still laying there with a raging boner.

When I first started using Trimix, I had the same problem. However, the ability to completely focus on my wife and pleasing her without worry of losing an erection (or not working at all) outweighed it all. I of course would love to function how I did at 18, but I’m now able to do things I never was able to before (e.g. if I am premature, I can still keep on going until I meet her needs). Just keep in mind you are quite enhanced using Trimix which can be a lot for her to handle. I actually find more pleasure in being able to give her multiple orgasms than if I’m unfortunately not able to at that particular time. I think after more experience you get a bit more used to the meds and am able to get your orgasm as well.

I've had some experiences when I had trouble climaxing. Complicated because we had a little to drink and that affects me negatively and her positively so we both figured we needed to drink less the next time. Still, while the trimix does a great job, I sometimes wonder if I'll get there. I certainly don't get there as quickly as I used to and sometimes she's getting her third climax before I feel I can get off. Now, we've altered our fun and there's a whole lot more foreplay including sex games so that I'm really wanting to get off and she's overly ready. She can get me off orally pretty quick but that's probably more a function of how much I like oral and how good she is at it. Still, I'm reluctant to try something different than trimix (maybe Alprostadil someday) because it does the trick for the most part.
