I recently started injection with Q4 at 2.5! Started working while I was standing up then immediately went away when I layed down and started pushing! Never really worked to get firm enough. Did notice some bruising at the injection site ,later that day! Should I increase the volume? Any suggestions would be helpful! Last try before I really consider implant! Thanks

Well I don't know what Q4 is. The ingredients of a mix per ml is the way mixes are most commonly expressed. Q4 is the compounder's or distributor's name for the mix and means nothing to anyone else.

Also, what is 2.5? If it's 2.5 units it's a tiny amount. If it's 2.5ml that's a huge amount. If it was .25ml (25 units) it would make more sense. There are 100 U-100 insulin units in 1ml. Most guys use U-100 insulin syringes that have hash marks in units or half units.

Bruising is usually from drilling through a small vein. It happens, but rarely if proper caution is used. It will go away in a few days. No big deal. You can also get some bruising by forcing the injection into the wrong tissues.

If you used a sufficient dose but lost the erection when changing positions you likely have some venous leak. The proper dose injection can often overcome a milder venous leak.

A novelty/sex shop cock ring can also help if the leak isn't too severe. Some information on cock rings can be found in the "Members Only" sub-forum in the "Cock Ring" thread: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=21302

Don't think about an implant after one failure! Injecting is tricky but it has extended my sex life now for six years, and I think it might work indefinitely. It took me a month and a half, with a lot of failures, to learn a good technique, but it was worth it!

The "Injections" topic has a lot of good technique from many successful injectors.

Going to an implant after one try? You need to continue to explore your dose and practice the injecting technique. I've been injecting some 10+ years now and only recently switch to a Quad mix with great results. I can still get results with 30cc's of Trimix but with using a cock ring. If you're only using 2.5ccs, that's a low dose and I would consider gradually increasing it. But I'm no doc, so I would discuss the dosage with your physician.

All his Q's and comments. I do find some deflation then laying down over kneeling or standing. Up the mix until this is minimized. As far as yoga, I find if I cross my legs and pull my nutsack back behiind (sidesaddle), it pumps it up nicely. Also if it fades early, I'll pull out and fit a loose soft recreational ring, otherwise if early, it''s too fat for Misses.
