I have heard some say to take 4 tablets of Sudafed(30mg) and others to do pushups or cold ice. What is the most effective way if i want to go on with my day or sleep?

I take two 30mg of Sudafed fast acting (little red ones, not extended release). Works well for me.

Be sure to get version containing pseudoephedrine. I have to get it OTC by asking for it at the pharmacists counter in my state.

All of the above if necessary. I also find that walking around the house and doing a few sets of toe touch exercises helps as well. You might try backing off slightly on the dose as well next time to find that sweet spot of being hard enough for the right duration.

[Edit] Be careful. Some of us are very reactive to Sudafed. If I take two, my heart will be at max heart rate for a while, and I think I'm dying. 4 would probably do me in... and I have a good heart. If you've taken Sudafed before you know how it works for you. They don't sell from behind the counter for nothing... it can be using for making meth, apparently. But yeah, I remember back before my prostatectomy and I had normal erections, Sudafed definitely affected my ability to get/maintain a solid erection.

Sudafed and jumping jacks. What worked best for me was reducing the amount I inject.

I used to worry alot about how long my erections lasted on tri mix, Im in my first year. The first time i had it last over 5 hours i went to er and it went down on its own in waiting room. Now i just ride it out. It always goes down after 5 hrs and no damage at all. My doc wouldnt give me antidiote. No saying this is 100% safe but Ive had no issues.

I've done 60+ injections, using 10 units of Trimix typically I'm hard for 2-3 hours.
I've tried 15-20 units, no difference than 10 units for me.
Anything less than 8 units, is not quite hard enough.

Usually getting up and walking around after sex will start to go down.

Once I took 150 mg of Viagra, she wasn't interested in sex, then two hours later my wife wanted some action. So I injected 2/3's my normal Trimix. I was hard for 5 hours. That was a long night of being awake.

Once last week I injected as normal but my wife decided she was bored with the same old sex. So I was left with a 3-hour hard-on. At the three-hour mark, she woke me up and wanted to do it. As I kissed her I could smell she had something to drink. I warned her it may not work (because Trimix wearing off). And sure enough, we started sex (went ok) but by the time we finished 20 minutes later, I was mostly flaccid.

All of my injections have been between midnight and 3 am. Meaning if I waited for them to go down, I wouldn't get any sleep.
Except for the one instance, it will start to go down between 2 to 3.5 hours.
Now I simply make a mental note of the time of my injection, and (hopefully) have good sex with my wife. Go to sleep, I'll wake up between the 2-4 hour mark and walk it off. If I am concerned I will set my alarm.

That is a summary of my experience. Your results may vary.

From what I've read and heard, 4 sudafed (30 mg Pseudoephedrine, behind the counter) works for most. My doctor said he would give me injectable antidote because he trusted me to use it properly but would not for most of his patients.
For me, nothing worked and I just lived with it. Switching from tri to bimix at least made the ache stop.
I stared a little pumping afterwards, assuming that might help flush it out. And the sudafed at injection time which gave me nice buzz. I thought that was working but shortly after this routine the duration started to plummet. I don't think it was the cause of the end of injection effectiveness but I can't be sure so I recomend not trying it.

I was given a very strong dosage of TriMix so 5 units is all it takes for 3-4 hours. It's so strong that when I first started with injections doing something like 7 units would give me the 4-6 hour stiffy to the point Im gearing up to go to the ER. And nothing is more uncomfortable than being totally done with your business but your little guy is standing at full salute for hours upon hours and I'm talking like ready to burst open it feels so engorged that it hurts.

I learned quickly to keep Sudafed on standby, 4 tablets of 30mg Pseudoephedrine will deflate your little guy within 30 minutes. Trust me, it works.

Now I know through trial and error to never exceed 5 units, heck sometimes 3-4 units still gives me 2 hours of action time but thinking I'm going to be Superman and exceed 5 units usually results in a long uncomfortable night once the action is over.
