Back to Trimix.....NOTHING
After about 2 years of not using Trimix, gave it a break. I only used Trimix about two years, but something about shooting just didn't feel right to Winkie. I gave Trimix a break. Yes, it did work back then. I finally hard enough nerve to start back. Went to URO, had script called in. Tried Trimix three times over a two week period.....NOTHING, each time. Not a damn thing. Just felt A LITTLE puffy from shoot needle, but NOTHING, as far as a boner. Glad I had my Pump as a backup. If it wasn't for such a violent surgery, I would do the implant. Just can't build up the nerve to get implant. Yes, I even served my time in the military, jumped out planes, and lived in the jungle, but the implant surgery.....OUCH. Is it a Trimix issue or mental issue?

I'm not a doctor, and not sure of your degree of ED. But I use a similar Trimix formulation and about 20-24 units is what works for me. I'm surprised your doctor said only 5 units. You might want to confer with him/her on titrating up the dose, adding approximately 5 units each time. I.e., move to 10,15,20 etc, until you find what works. Once again, you should probably confer with your physician on this. Good luck.

									Age 67. RALP Jan-2023. Non-nerve sparing.
VED exercise a few days a week, Trimix (30-1-10), ~24 units.
Bending trauma around age 50, resulting in mild Peyronies (VED use has helped).

5 units is a low dose. I wonder if the doctor said to not increase the dosage by more than 5 units at a time.
I normally use 10 units, which was my original starting dosage. Which works well.
A couple of times I injected 5 units. It resulted in nothing more than a chubby.
Also if you have a pump you might use it for 1 minute before injecting.
You are not trying to get an erection but simply get blood into corpora cavernosa, which increases the reliability of hitting the target.

Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.

Three tries aren't enough to get worried. I'm guessing you forgot how to reliably hit a corpus. It's like target shooting, you have to practice regularly.
When I began, it took me a month to do halfway-reliable injecting. My corpora are narrow, so the clock method doesn't work well; I feel for a corpus with a thumbnail instead, and now hit it most of the time.

Re: Back to Trimix.....NOTHING
Seems to me that 5 is a small dosage as well but I'm not the one who prescribed it. On my old mix, I was injecting up to 30 before I ran out and went to a stronger mix. That mix suggested that I start with 12 units and I just shrugged and went to 15. Wow. I didn't have a painfully long erection but even after she finished me off I was throbbing hard for a while and while getting me to pop a second time took a while, even then I didn't go down for an hour. It was sore from her trying a third time but eventually all went back to normal. I stuck with his recommended dosage after that. Very possible you missed the target as well.
