My mathematical weakness is showing.
On my syringe .1ml equals 10 units. The total capacity is 100 units = 1ml or 1cc. Just purchased a syringe with capacity of 50 units. .5ml/cc. Would one ml be equal to 20 units on that one?

Your new syringe would be as you noted .5 ml or 1/2 of a cc. You also may note that the barrel is lightly smaller in diameter that the larger one.

One unit on the new syringe is the same as one unit on the larger syringe 1:1.
