Trimix - prostaglandin e1(alprostadil) dose

I have occasional ED due to performance anxiety. I have used Cialis at 20 mg with good results. I also take antidepressant Prozac at 80 mg which also affects me.
I decided to add a medication for OCD called Clomipramine (Anafranil). Within a week I could not get an erection. I panicked and started to look for stronger ED meds and found Trimix. I also stopped the medication, and my erection came back. Nonetheless I was curious about Trimix.
The first time to took Trimix 6 and it did nothing for me. Again, I panicked and ordered the stronger Trimix STS. I later realized that I missed the Corpus Cavernosa and retook the Trimix 6 and got an 18 minute erection.
Most of the reviews I read indicate they have a formula that has 10-20 mcg dose of PGE at 20 units, and they get a 30-60 minute erection. Not me. The Trimix ST2 has 100 mcg vs 2.5 for Trimix 6. I expected a huge difference but all I got was 12 minutes more.
My results.
Trimix 6 (PGE1 2.5mcg Papaverine 30mg Phentolamine 3mg) - 18 minute erection at 20 units.
Trimix ST2 (PGE1 2.5mcg Papaverine 30mg Phentolamine 3mg) - 30 minute erection at 20 units.
This confused me so I started researching. There are two prescription drugs called Edex and Caverject that only contain PGE1. Their strengths maximum is at 40 mcg.
Everything I can find on proper doses of (PGE1) indicate that the standard does is 10-20mcg.
It seems that any thing over 30mcg of PGE1 is wasted. Am I wrong?
How much PGE1 are you taking? How many units? How long does it work?
Any advice of input would be appreciated.
Research quotes –
“The recommended dose of prostaglandin E1 as treatment for erectile dysfunction has been reported to be 10 to 40 micrograms.”
“More than 80% of the patients attained the maximal response at doses of 20 mcg. or less and less than 20% benefited from a further increase. Based on these results, the effects of prostaglandin E1 appear to be receptor-dependent and prostaglandin E1 monotherapy for impotence could be limited to 20 mcg. or less, since larger amounts offer little additional benefit.”
