Been using Trimix for a few years now. Last 2 times I injected on my right side it failed. One of those times I knew it was a bad injection, because it formed a small bump, which diminished quickly - I had a feeling that would fail. Second time I had a good injection, I thought, I aspirated - but had to slightly move need to get some blood. I did and injected - boner lasted a minute, then went away. I was using the 10 & 2 oclock angle. When I use the the left side, no problems.
-Is there scar tissue? How do yo feel for it?
-What methods do you use to ensure a good injection?

I've used the aspiration method successfully before but I find the plunger resistance method much more reliable. First you need a syringe with low plunger resistance. I've found the otherwise high quality BD brand to not work well for this. Too much plunger resistance. And smaller volume syringes work best so use the smallest volume syringe that will hold your dose. Anyhow, if you're in the correct spot the plunger resistance will be very minimal, as if injecting into the air. If you're depressing the plunger and it gets stiff then readjust your depth. Also, generally if I'm not in the sweet spot I'll get pain when depressing the plunger. That's a sure sign I'm not properly placed. That could partially be due to being a fairly strong mix @ 80mcg/ml alprostadil.

My corpora are not at the same level below the skin everywhere. Most of the time I can get into a corpus with 5/16in=8mm needle, but in two places I need 1/2in=13mm.
EasyTouch syringes have less friction than BD.

Several guys here, including myself use a VED to get a nice chubby.
Makes it much easier to locate corpora cavernosa.
Just make sure you're not too hard.

After about a year, I started having issues on one side and could clearly see an indentation over about an inch length. Thought for sure it was scaring, but when I had the implant, the sugeon reported no scaring. I still see the indentation, but it's bearly noticable now.
After I started plumping with the ved prior to injecting, it really helped. I still had to avoid the indent area.
