PGE-3 vs Trimix, Quadmix

I recently maxed out on PGE-3 with only a semi flacid erection (too soft for penetrative sex). I had better results in the past on Trimix but noticed a slight curvature to my penile shaft and have never used since. I just purchased a nice, penile, traction device and plan to be religious about wearing it. What do you all think of my going back to Tri/Quadmix?

I use Edex which is also a PGE and I was getting alot of girth and size from the injection.
I also noticed it was an erection that was large for sex but somewhat hanging down. I was
able to penetrate for sex with a lot of help from my wife but I wanted more. With the advice
of many people here, I started using a cock ring, around the balls and also around the bottom
shaft of my penis. Big big difference, the erection is still very large and also stands out a lot
more than before. No problem having sex at all, more sex than my wife can handle. The only
downfall with the cock ring is that sometimes I cannot cum, the ring might be restricting it, I
didn't think it was that tight but it's possible. Do your sex with your partner and take the ring

Has your wife ever complained about the cock ring bothering her? I have been using one for several years now and my SO started mentioning to me it bothers her sometimes. It's a ring only at the base of the penis, not a cock and balls one. I just bought a new thinner and feels like a softer cock ring. I've only used it once and she said it was ok for her. But I'm curious about other guy's wives or GFs opinion on the cock ring. Thanks

Hiya, how ya doin? No, my wife has not complained about me using a cock ring.
I think the ring is far enough down on the base of my cock where she can't even
feel it. I do know the cock ring helps with feeling hard enough to penetrate any
time I want and I usually leave it on for about 30 mins, that's about as far as I will
go wearing it but 30 mins is more than enough time for us to both feel very satisfied.

My wife complained when I used a much thicker ring. It's been a good while and I don't remember if I was wearing it in front of or behind the boys. I now always wear one behind the boys. It seems to work much better there. These are not medical grade constriction rings. Lately I've been using basically a tri-ring type which is both in front of and behind the boys as well as around them. The wife like it but I actually don't think it works quite as well for erection enhancement as does a slightly firmer single ring around my shaft behind the boys. Generally with the addition of a smaller ring around the boys. The tri-ring does stay in place better (specifically the ball ring) although it is more difficult to apply and the application does require lube.

I don't even know what PGE-3 is. I guess it's Google time (actually DuckDuckGo).

Edit to add: PGE-3 is a real thing but I can't find anything on using it for ED.
