Ive read a little about a new trimix that doesnt need to be refrigerated. I dont think its the same as the trimix Gel, but there isnt much info on it. Anyone know more about this? I believe American Pharmacy Solutions is the only pharmacy that has it.

Trimix has to be refrigerated. thee is a small travel kit you can buy online which keeps it cool while you travel

Young,
Yeah that Trimix For Travel would have been a nice item. But American Pharmacy Solutions was bought out (by another Pharmacy in FL) and none of the products they had are for sale anymore as far as I can tell (Like Trimix Gel and even regular Trimix). That is too bad, they had pretty good prices too.

Before finding this forum I decided to go to one of those clinics where they charge exorbitant prices. This one was called the Ohio Men's Medical Clinic but I'm sure it goes by different names in different states. It was convenient and I'm now wiser but...
The clinic gave me a trimix prescription that does not require refrigeration. It just needs to be kept below 82 degrees F. I know it's trimix because they gave me a form for traveling that states what medications it contains and specified are the same three ingredients as trimix. They said it was a new formulation. I've been using it since early November and it still works great. After going there I started my research and I assumed it was probably the Trimix for Travel formulation. But they didn't call it that so I don't know. They claim a shelf life of 15 months.
The prescription comes from Olympia Compounding Pharmacy in Florida. If I go to their website it says nothing about it. I wonder why this stuff seems to be such a secret. Maybe there are some exclusivity agreements.

Yes, it is strange. There are a few things on the web about it but nowhere to actually buy it.
