Thinner harder erection with unengorged glans with injection compared to ped5?

Hey, I have noticed, that injections often give me a different type of erection than ped5 or natural ones. For me often the caverject induced erection manifests itself as hard but thinner together with an unengorged glans. I mitigate that by using a improvised flat shoe lace, that I use as a cock ring. Has anyone noticed this on themselfs to and maybe any advise or insight into this matter?
Thx

I had this at first, but it went away.

Try using a lower dose.

Injections are way better though bec there's zero thinking about if your penis is going down, so you can focus on the woman.

It's pretty easily explained. When you inject, in your case Caverject, you inject directly into a Corpus Cavernosa. And that is the tissue effected. There are two corpus cavernosa but they are connected so an injection into one side should effect both. Those are the structures primarily responsible for producing your erection. The pde5 drugs are taken orally and effect your whole body.

You also have another structure that contributes to an erection. That's the Corpus Spongiosum. There is only one but it surrounds the urethra and fills your glans (head). It is not directly connected to the corpus cavernosa and injection meds do not spread between them. The pde5 drugs are taken orally and effect your whole body and therefore all of the erection producing structures.

So, if the Caverject engorges your corpus cavernosas you will get hard but if you get no corpus spongiosum engorgement by other means (natural or otherwise) your erection will be smaller in circumfrence and the glans (head) will be soft. A fair number of implant guys have this issue.

Fortunately having ED doesn't necessairly effect both of those systems. If you do have ED that effects both systems it may benifit you to carefully stack your injection with a smaller dose of pde5. Ask your doctor first.

I have profound ED from RP surgery but fortunately after injecting and then stimulation I do get natural corpus spongiosum engorgement. Without that stimulation I get no corpus spongiosum engorgement and as a result will be thinner and have a soft glans. Of course why would I give myself an injection to produce a boner and not want stimulation.

I feel as though my erection angle is different and more flat with Trimix as opposed to more upward?
