How unsafe is it to inject without an alcohol swab? I know you're supposed to swab both the vial and the area injecting but I don't have any swabs right now and was wondering if it was ok to do one time

I would wash the area with soap and wate. It is not recommended. But I often inject without using a swab after coming out of the shower.

ok thanks, what if i havent used the vial yet though, will it be bad if i havent wiped it with the swab?

Surely you have a bottle of alcohol in your bathroom. Just use a cotton ball or even a tissue, if you don't have cotton balls, instead of the other type swab. I wouldn't get into the habit of not wiping both the shaft and the top of the vial before injecting. We're talking about your most precious possession here.

I agree with what everyone said. I also use a large swab to wipe my fingers. Never can be too clean
