Prostate pain after injection
Prostate pain after injection
Does anyone else have pain in their prostate after sex? The injection works great no issues but about a half hour after I have major pain and the whole next day I have the hardest time urinating. I asked the doctors but they kind of just dismissed the question.

Welcome to the forum.
I haven't heard of that before. I sounds like you need to find different doctors to ask. I would think they would be more concerned.

B121,
I did. That's one of the reasons I got an implant.

Not long after taking a shot of meds with prostaglandins in it (Trimix) I would get a dull ache deep in my groin. It would last for hours and I could still feel it the next day.
What you describe sounds similar. Some guys get an ache from Prostaglandins. For some it goes away in time. For me it didn’t so I switched to a mix that didn’t have it and I was able to eliminate that ache feeling.
It’s really hard to enjoy sex when you feel like you have been kicked in the crotch. LOL

That might be it because it happens with caverject which has the same drug. Could you tell me what mix you are using that works?

Very, intresting. I had a similar experience before I swithched from sildenafil to caverject. I used pde5s from 2005 to 2018 before they stopped being effective. Before I switched to trimix I used sildenafil vardenafil and tadalafil trying to get something to work. I would frequently get an ache in my prostate if i took them two days in a row. I did not exceed the maximum dose. After moving to europe i had to switch to caverject No trimix available.. Sometimes I get a mild ache. My european uro said that I have some calcium in my priostate and luts. Psa 1.94

Re: Prostate pain after injection
I get a slight ache in what feels like my prostate but it’s very low grade and only when I inject trimix close to the base of my shaft. Not higher or along the shaft. I try to move around on the injection sites for obvious reasons so I avoid the base areas. Pretty sure it is the prostate because now that I’m older when I ejaculate, I sort of feel the prostate more than I ever noticed when I was younger when I was releasing my jizz. Anyone else had a similar experience with injections on the 2 o’clock position closer to the base?

Also, While I’m signed in today, I wanted to ask if anybody has noticed that they Sometimes have a little bit more difficulty, reaching orgasm when using a good dose of Trimix. It’s like the harder your cock is on Trimix The harder it is to release, but is much more powerful than usual. I’m 63.

At least you’re able to penetrate her to her total satisfaction. I’m finding that my dick is chubby all day after injection and the weird feeling I have subsides. I take a Cialis and I’m able to get firm enough for penetration later and finally get my orgasm(s)..
