Despite being a model for fitness, health, eating well, doing everything we're supposed to do for erection health, I've pretty much hit the limp dick wall approaching my mid 60s. The end of the line for easy. Pills not working for me any more. It's a really difficult quandary, now that I need to go get real medical assistance to continue fucking.
Problem is, I want to keep this private. As in, just ME. I don't want my wife to know. Politically speaking, it's difficult. She retired from sex a ways back and we have an agreement and part of the agreement is I don't leave any cookie crumbs from any of my extra- activities. Agreement is working and I dont want to upset the apple cart.
Pills were pretty easy, no rx, Indian knockoffs, paid by bitcoin, mailed to my office. Nothing coming to the home, easy peasy. Doubt I can do this with real medical providers.
I can't be the only poor bloke in this situation. Does anyone know if Olympia or any of the other compounding pharmacies will drop ship product/send bills to a PO Box or an alternate address, such as my office? Having erection supplies and bills arriving on the doorstep would be the definition of upsetting the apple cart.

Keeping Trimix use under the radar at home
64, fit, active, healthy, gym/cardio/yoga buff, no prob my whole life til several years ago. Lately getting worse. No meds exc C/V. Bloods OK, T OK. C/V worked for awhile, effectiveness is declining. Now titrating 30 Pap/3 Phen/20 PGE1 trimix blend.

Bro, the injections require too much paraphernalia, refrigeration and other things to keep them secret from a spouse. What you want is impossible. I would have a heart to heart with her. The Truth will Set You Free.
As far as keeping the wife in the dark about extra curricular activity, I recommend massage parlors as the easiest and safest form of pay for play sex. A tradition affair/mistress is extremely stressful.

Thanks for the reply, I have experimented with the various forms of um, extramarital endeavors and have my favorite, which is the subject for another thread. But a big no on the heart to heart. The truth would not set me free, it would likely reignite another discussion that was really a heated, existential argument. We almost split as I had to threaten to leave. Her agreement was under duress. She has old fashioned, deep seated notions about what marriage is all about, and fucking each other for the duration of a marriage ain't one of them lol. I won't reopen the discussion without looking under every rock to find a solution to keep my secret because it is working and if it wasn't for this pesky limp pathetic old dick I'd be set for fucking life. npi. lol.
I still work, and have plenty of privacy and a private refrigerator and freezer at work, and obviously won't be doing any injecting, etc. at home. I'm halfway there. THe hurdle is where do I receive the product delivery and the bills? Olympia owes me a return call and that will be my first question because if they are required to send the offending items to my home, then end of conversation.
The other option is go local uro/pharmacy and just go pick it up. In reality, prolly the best way to go for privacy. I will have to explain away the Uro bills that keep arriving in the mail. But better than having to explain what's in the box that pharmacy from Florida sent me.

I pick up my Trimix directly at my large HMOs pharmacy. If you have a refrigerated stash box at another location then that could work. The injection process does require some privacy and, importantly, several weeks of trial and error to titrate the dosage. ( think walking around the office with serious wood).
Good luck and do let me know about your preferred modality in due course.

You can't realistically hide ED from your WIFE.
And you shouldn't.
And you shouldn't.
40 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

Dude, reading about your "relationship" with your wife is causing me to have flashbacks to the end of my marriage...and I couldn't be happier. I was found out when my ex found a bottle of Viagra in my gym bag. Why she was going through my gym bag is a topic for another thread. I wasn't having an affair but discovered the rub and tug massage places..But after 5 years of no sex I was climbing the walls.Last 5 years of the marriage was totally devoid of any kind of sex, in fact she would instill feelings in me of guilt. "Is that all you think about?"..classic..."Women are different, we can go without it." Anyway, enough about middle age, over weight sexless women.. I would think Olympia could ship to your office. AS long as it's a legit address, they don't even ask if it's a residence. You could also do a Telehealth URO appt. through Olympia for $59.00..I have done it and it's "easy peasy"..The problem there of course is how will you pay, if your wife goes through the cc bills. You could always attempt to find a compound pharmacy near where you work or live and pick up the Trimix. I have done that with Olympia. My experience with Olympia is you pre-pay for the tele-med appt. along with the Trimix...so no bills will be coming to your house. The worst part about your question and premise in your post is the paranoia of always looking over shoulder...That can always be a mood breaker with any sexual experience. I feel your pain as far as having a wife devoid of any sexual or even sensual impulses. There are plenty of women out these of course that enjoy "the spice of life" as us old timers would say, so I don't mean to trash mid to older women. Good luck though..careful planning on your part will avoid problems down the road.
70 year old legally separated retired health-care professional. ED began in my early 50's. Viagra worked great for about 5 years, then had cardiac by-pass surgery and eventually moved to injections about 10 years ago.
Re: Keeping Trimix use under the radar at home
JFYI...with Olympia....they billed my CC over the phone and all the info about the telemed and script were sent to an email I provided. I could have had it shipped anywhere.
That said, Olympia sux big fat donkey cock IMO....but I made a thread about my experience if you want to read it. It's simply my experience with ONE sales rep and a doc that didn't seem to know their asses from a hole in the ground...plus the much more expensive drug cost than the local compounding pharmacy.

Hardonrescue: My wife and I are completely open about my ED, and she's patient with our lack of spontaneity because I have to inject. She knows that I participate in an impotence forum, but I have private computer and email accounts for FT and to research gifts for her. She is not sharp with computers and isn't aware of these. If she became aware, she doesn't know the passwords, and I would just say that the forum prohibits women. I also have a private PayPal account which I use for her gifts; this connects to a retirement money market account in my name only. Those monthly statements go to my private computer account.
Doctors are switching from snail mail to Internet billing as well as communications - maybe you could give your office address to the receptionist and request computer notifications and billing. Here it's called "MyChart." If they don't use PayPal, go to the post office and get a money order. If the practice wants a phone number for appointment reminders, give your office number which will have voice mail. If by chance a urology letter arrives at the house, you're getting your prostate checked.
Maybe you could pick up six months worth of Trimix at a time, paying cash. I've never had to freeze it. I've used six-month-old refrigerated Trimix kept at 40F(4C) with no deterioration. I've used Trimix on vacation which had warmed to room temperature for three or four days, again with no deterioration.
Musson is right; you'll need some weeks of titrating up to get confident in injecting - it's tricky. But you'll be working late at the office. After achieving a good erection, you'll be taking the antidote, phenylephrine (Wal-Phed PE), to get home sooner.
Some single FT guys have discussed dating with Trimix. One precaution is to carry two pre-loaded syringes in case you drop one trying to inject in unfamiliar places like a mens' room.
It's outrageous that a guy should put up with an early end to his sex life; you've come up with a good solution. Other guys in sexless marriages should follow you. PM me if I've forgotten something.

Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Re: Keeping Trimix use under the radar at home
Thank everyone for the inputs, which are valuable because it seems from your input that I do believe it's doable for me to keep it under the radar at home. I have not yet been able to connect with the Olympia rep, but hope to do so next week. The final risk concern, of course, is to avoid any ER visits. That one, I don't think I could hide. But considering that I can still perform with pills (barely) I won't have any reason to hurry the titration process.
And the cost point is a good one. For now, Olympia just seems to be the easiest solution for me though, and to be honest, given my situation, don't think I'll be running through vials of product. A different consideration from those guys who have a wife willing to fuck every night, blowing through those vials lol. So cost doesn't concern me that much. Also maybe once dialed in, I'd do a little shopping around.
