Viagra still gets me hard; hard enough to cum from BJs, masturbation and even good enough for her to slide her clit on me to get herself (and me) off. I could even cum twice over 1.5 to 2 hrs, but penetrative sex was not possible.

So I got a prescription for Trimix. No training available at my Drs office for 3 months, so I decided to try it on my own. Per Doc's recommendation, started at 20 units. I'm quite confident the injection was done properly. Did it at 2 o'clock, correct angle; clearly got deep enough, depressed applicator for all med to get in, held for 3 seconds and the removed the needle. 20 units injected. Did the massage for 30 seconds as directed, but got absolutely 0 results. A complete limp noodle. Viagra results were much much better.

I will try again tomorrow with 30 units, but knowing I got absolutely no results at 20 units, I find it difficult to imagine I will have better/any results at 30.

Thoughts?

What's your Tri-mix strength? T-105 is most common (30/1/10).....might be too weak...which I doubt considering injectables are much stronger than PDE5s....but increasing to 30 units might be what's necessary. Seems like a LOT though...unless your strength is low. My doc gave 10 units for the venous leak test and I got a priapism from that dose of T-105.

Bradley - i am going to attempt my first injection of Trimix tomorrow. I have very low expectations, but everything I read and heard, that is normal and to be expected. I am starting at 5 units. If I were you, I’d try the 20 units again just in case you had a misfire.

You should error on the side of caution. You don’t want to end up in the ER having them pump the blood out of your unit. Give it a few more tries, then try bumping it up.

Similar to your situation, my Dr was not much help. I actually think I know more about it than he does. He told me if it doesn’t work, I will have to contact the pharmacy compounding agency to get a strong dosage. Ugh! I thought that was his job?

I don't see any value in trying 20 units again, everything about the injection process went exactly the way all the training videos instructed.

I can either try 25 or 30 tonight.

I'm amazed that I literally got nothing out of this so. I though this was supposed to be more effective that Viagra, not less.

Mixes such as the 30-1-10 example are written as per 1ml/1cc of mix even if you're geting 5ml or 10ml of mix. Sometimes, but not as commonly, the mix is listed as per the vial it's dispensed in. So if it's a 5ml vial the mix will be listed as per 5ml.

I'm having some difficulty understanding your mix. Based on what you posted (BACTERIOSTATIC WATER FOR INJECTION 1.920 ML and DEHYDRATED ALCOHOL, 200 PROOF USP 0.080 ML) I'm guessing yours is based on as per 2ml vial. That's because 1.92ml water plus .080ml alcohol = 2 ml. Is 2ml the size of your vials?

Then the active drugs are dissolved into that water/alcohol solution. Alprostadil is usually given in mcg (micrograms). Micrograms (mcg) are sometimes expressed as ug. The Phentolamine and Papaverine are usually given in mg (milligrams).

So using an online converter (https://www.unitconverters.net/weight-and-mass-converter.html) .002 GM Phentolamine converts to 2mg which makes sense at 2mg per 2ml or 1mg per 1ml. The 0.06gm Papaverine converts to 60mg which makes sense at a per 2ml ratio or as more commonly written as 30mg per 1ml.

The alprostadil at 0.001GM throws me. Again using an online converter (https://www.unitconverters.net/weight-and-mass/gram-to-microgram.htm) I get a result of 1000mcg. That's just too high. I'm guessing you're missing a couple of zeros to the right of the decimal. That would give you 10mcg per 2ml or 5mcg per 1ml. That actually sounds low even for a starter mix.

So my best guess is your mix is 30/1/5 per 1ml.

If my guessing is correct your mix is a weak one but I don't see much down side to retrying the same dose. Injection misses do happen and from what I've heard E.R. visits to get drained really suck and not in a good way.

Are you manually injecting or using an auto injector. Have you read many of the older posts in the "Injections" sub-forum. If you haven, you should. There's lots of info there from many different perspectives.

I confirmed that the numbers I posted are exactly as they are typed under the ingredient section of my "Universal Claim Form for a Compound Medication" that they gave me when I bought the med. Sorry I cannot be of more help on that issue.

Yes, 2ML vial.

I messaged my Dr's office. They responded and recommended I try 30 Units. The results were much better. Probably 50% of what I need for penetrative sex.

The question is if I go to 35 or 40 units in my next attempt?

The Dr's office said that 100 units is the max. I thought it was 50. Perhaps this is indicative of a less potent compound recipe.

I'd go by what your doc says/recommends next. If 40 units is the call...go with it. Sounds like you got a really weak mix though.....probably an overabundance of caution. My first Tri-mix injection ended in the ER with my dick being stuck with a 16 then a 14 gauge needle and 3 very large syringes of blood (like the 1" OD ones that are 4-5" long) drained out of it...and that wasn't the really bad part....the "numbing" injections at the base of your shaft are the horrific part.
