I am 30 and I have just used trimix twice or thrice in my entire life! I have a good errection with 12 units which lasts for atlease 3-4 hours. Trimix errections I can say are painful to some extent. I am worried that what if I catch pyronie disease at this early age. Am I just worrying too much because of painful errection? What frequency of trimix can cause pyronie?? Waiting for your replies

Have few more questions on trimix use and phimosis. I will ask that on separate post!

Please do not take this as me being a dick.

But you really should do some research on injections.

4 hour erections are dangerous. You could have already caused damage.

Wherever you are getting your medication from should have explained the risks, and how to use it.

A rock hard erection is a concern at 4 hours. If still rock hard at 4 hours it's time to seek medical help.

Trimix contains alprostadil (PGE1). It's usually considered the most potent drug in the mix but also the one most likely to cause pain. Some guys never get pain from the alprostadil. Some guys get the pain initially and find it diminishes with continued us and eventually gos away. For some guys the pain never diminishes and they just can't tolerate alprostadil. Only time will tell which category you fall in.

Chances are that you won't get peyronies but it is to some degree a crap shoot like most things. You could get peyronies and it could be at least as likely caused by something else. Straight alprostadil may be less likely to cause scaring and fibrosis, if you can tolerate it.

If you get peryonies you deal with it. There are treatments. There's implants.

You are definitely worrying too much.

Any frequency can cause peyronis if you have bad enough luck. Follow the recomended injection frequency and you shoud be fine. Many guys can inject for years without problems.
