Most compounding pharmacies are mail order. I use Avella in Phoenix, Az. I believe you can request one day shipping for a fee. Try Googling compounding pharmacies in your area and see what shows up. I tried in my area and nothing showed up.
Good luck.

Your URO should be able to suggest one, as well.

I don't know where you live, but I believe there is likely to be a compounding pharmacy in virtually every big town, not just the big cities. I fyou have a major medical center, my guess is you have a compounding pharmacy. Ask the uro, check yellow pages and do an internet search.

Beware that not all compounding facilities deal in Trimix compounding.
When I was starting out I went to a local compounding pharmacy -- nice and nearby.
But they told me they did not do compounding for Trimix.
So I am stuck with a place 25 miles away. But at least I have a place.
Might be good to call ahead and see if they can make it, before you travel there.
Also my pharmacy would like a two or three day lead time. They can do same day (which I got
the first time around) but after that it was 2 or 3 day service.

I was origInally using Wedgewood, but my prescription plan through Caremark stopped reimbursement because Wedgewood was unwilling to provide Caremark with "specific ingredient pricing."
