I recall from a post years ago stating that one of the drugs in Tri-Mix is the "Rocket Fuel." Between Papaverine Hydrochloride, Phentolamine Mesylate, and Protaglandin EI, which of the three is thee "rocket fuel"? What exactly does the rocket fuel do? My ratio is 30MG/1MG/20MCG per ML. I have been injecting for 15 years and buying the above prescription for 5 years. If I end up going to a urologist to up the strength in the future, I want to know the right questions to ask and to know what to expect.

15 years is crazy long. Congrats. How often did you inject on average and how come you havent developed scarring so far?

The average is probably 3 shots per week. Sex is still very good with good erections using 10 to 15 units per shot, but not as intense erections as the first few years of shots. As such, I would like to know what the rocket fuel/booster would be to make the Tri-Mix like it was the first few years. I have no idea why I don't get scarring; perhaps I do, but it is so minimal that I don't know of it. Scarring definitely has no effect on me, and I always shoot on the right side.

I just checked pretty thoroughly, and I am confident that there is no scarring.

Theres some people on this board that have injected for 30 years which can achieved if you use proper technique... Most urologists will say its not the Trimix that stops working its your symptoms that have gotten worse and are neglected.

Some information from a couple of different compounders. The first one is from Wedgewood Pharmacy. They now only do veteirnary compounding. The link is to a downloadable PDF:
http://www.wedgewoodpharmacy.com/uploads/ED%20Switching%20Guide.pdf
The second is from another pharmacy called "The Compounder". It's just a link to a page on their site:
https://thecompounder.com/triple-mix-injection/

I have no experience or connection with either pharmacy.

The Protaglandin EI AKA PGE1 or alprostadil is generally considered the most potent ingredient but also the ingredient most likely to cause pain or ache. Your mix contains 20mcg of alprostadil. I only use an alprostadil mono-mix which contains 80mcg of alprostadil. I think I'd ask for more alprostadil in my mix. How many units do you use for each dose?

I most commonly use 12 units. I can use 5 units and have intercourse to a happy ending. 15 units would definitely result in an erection that is capable of lasting longer than I am capable of lasting these days, as I have gotten more out of shape.

It sounds like you're doing pretty well with your mix as is. Have you tried adding novelty/sex shop cock rings to the mix? Many guys find that the correct ring (for them) give that little extra boost they want. There is a thread in the "Members Only" sub-forum on the topic you may find useful: https://www.franktalk.org/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=21302

Expect to have to experiment to find the rings that work best for you. Expect rejects.
Good luck

I agree with bldoink..... a cockring placed AFTER your erection will help "hold in" the blood in your erection. I find the pressure from my wife's vagina pushed the blood out of my erection and I get a bit softer. When I pull out, I get hard again... so that's when I put on a cock ring around my whole package (cock and balls) This stops the blood from being pushed out of my cock. Try different rings and see which works best for you. I found the DUREX ring that I bought in the pharmacy, which is quite thick and firm, works for me.
