WHAT AM I DOING WRONG

I'm 43 years old and I have Psychological ED. I've been on Trimix for about 3 years. When I got Trimix 3 years ago all the way until a few months ago I had the shots dialed in. I'd swab the bottom half of my penis (on either side) with a small alcohol pad and then I'd take a 8mm 31 gauge needle and inject at the 3 o'clock position and bury the needle all the way in and inject. I could tell I was in the right spot because there was either a tiny bit of blood in the syringe or upon the start of the injection there was absolutely no resistance to the plunger.

THIS ISN'T THE CASE ANYMORE!!!! I'm not hitting the spot and its almost as if I'm injecting "short" of the mark now. I will say that I do this thing called "Penis Enlargement" where I'm trying to grow my penis through utilizing a penis pump and other similar methods. Since I've started this venture, my penis girth has increased from 5.5 inches to 6 inches of girth. Do you think I need a slightly longer needle to account for the increase or could it be possible that I've developed scar tissue in those areas...... Because I don't inject very much anymore (I moved far away from my girlfriend so I don't see her but once a month), I mostly always inject on the right side because I'm right handed. Anyway, just wondering if I've developed some scar tissue and what I could do to start hitting the spot again. Thanks in advance!

Try injecting closer to the penis glan head. I inject about 1 inch back from the head. I have hard tissue along the top of my penis. That was present before I started injecting. It was damage caused from trying to have sex without an adequate erection. Try to increase your target by getting an erection before you inject. I use a Yohimbine pill an hour before I inject. Usually doing Kegels will give a decent target. With your thumb feel along the top of your penis and down to 3 o'clock until you find an easily compressible spot and inject there. The needle should go in without resistance. I also use a 31 gauge 8mm needle. I have not had a failure using this method. I use a quadmix

Boneback: I use 8mm (5/16in) needles mostly, but I have an erect girth much less than yours. I think thicker penises might need longer needles.

Try 1/2 inch needle.

Yeah, since you've increased your girth it would seem logical to see if the 1/2" works better now.

When you go in at 2'oclock do you do it at a 45 degree angle or straight in? I was going in parallel to the floor straight in at 3'oclock and I think that is the problem. Apparently you're not supposed to go in straight at 3oclock

Whatever o'clock you pick, you want to be perpendicular to the surface of the cylindrical corpus. The tunica, or casing of the corpus, is tough and may deflect the needle if you hit it at a glancing angle.

For the past year or so I used a VED to help correct PD (Peyronies Disease). The VED makes my penis fatter at least temporarily.
I'm pretty sure the average penis girth is 4.69 inches, where-as 6 inches girth is quite large. Try 1/2 inch needles, that is what was given to me, and all that I have used even before using VED.
