There is for sure a difference but I wouldn't know which one would work best for you. The new one sounds better to me. This pdf from Wedgewood Pharmacy has the best description of the effects of the different ingredients: http://www.wedgewoodpharmacy.com/uploads/ED%20Switching%20Guide.pdf That pharmacy no longer does compounding for human patients. They just do vetinary meds now but I think the pdf is still good.

Depending on what your past results have been you may want to back off a tad for your first trial with the new mix. I don't expect you'll see a lot of difference. At your dose you're only increasing your PGE1 dose by 1mcg (from 3 to 4) while halving your phentolamine. So which is stromger? The PGE1 is generally considered the big gun but the phentolamine is the amplifier.
