Hardness Level with Trimix?

Question for Trimix Users. Are you able get very hard with trimix and enjoy all sexual postions (especially woman on top) without losing your hardness?

My issue is that I currently use 15-17mcg Edex and get about 80% erection that lasts for 4 hrs. I tend to lose the rigidity when I change positions but gain back quickly; but still not fully hard. I'm afraid to increase the dosage as I am already
reaching the 4 hr mark. Any ideas how can improve the hardness?

I'm in my 40s, otherwise fit with no health issues.

I don't know what Edex is but Trimix makes me rock hard for an hour to two hours at .2 lower dose as well.

Have you tried a cock ring?
I have never lost my erection with Trimix and cock ring.

The key is finding a good-fitting silicone ring, not too loose and not too tight.

Edex is FDA approved injection (Alprostadil aka Prostaglandin E1) which comes as a freeze dried powder in a dual chamber syringe with sterile water. The water is injected into the powder and shaken (not stirred), when the powder is dissolved, then the plunger is pushed until the desired volume remains. This is then injected into your penis using the same protocol as with trimix.

I used it after I had back to back urethroplasties, however, it made my penis ache, so I have been struggling with ED for more than six years.

I had the same penis ache using Alprostadil (caverjet). Switching to Trimix was better but some pain was still there. They added a bit of Lidocaine to the mix which seems to have fixed that too! I have a great erection with Trimix as long as i am on top. If i am lying down, any vaginal pressure pushes the blood out of my penis. I use a thick cock ring around my whole package (cock and balls) and that improves things

I also switched to Trimix but went with intraurethral gel and like you stated, some pain remained but not as severe. After researching on this site, I asked my doctor for a script for Bimix which is basically Trimix without the Alprostadil. My first experience with it resulted in a misfire and a bent needle so I ordered an auto injector because sticking a needle into my dick spikes my anxiety.
. . . and speaking of cock rings, I found they are cumbersome and hard to get on, off so I use a nylon stocking around my package in a slip loop/slip knot fashion, easy on, easy off.

For me, my TriMix erection is as full and firm as before my surgery. I don't get those "rock hard" erections as in my younger days, but I get a great boner with the RX. The only difference with TriMix vs. my old natural erections is that my shaft no longer has that upward curve as it once had, and that before my boner had a nice 45 degree upward angle. Now there is hardly any curve and points straight out or slightly down.

My results have always been more or less "random", with the passing of time worsening.
Early on, when it worked it worked pretty good (even tho i don't have a "base" to compare to, since i've had ED all my life... i can only compare it with the spontaneous erections i would get as a teenager during the night). I had a full erection, lasting for ~1h or until i come. Then it would sometimes come back, after my refractory period. I didn't use any additional help, such as cockrings or pills.

Then, later on the quality of the erection slowly degraded and i had to start using a cockring after injecting to maintain a "workable" erection.
Today it's practically impossible to get hard enough to penetrate, with just an injection. Even with a cockring or two, i am not at "100%" like i used to be, maybe 80% or so at best.

That's with using exclusively EDEX, no "mix" types of medication available in EU.
