Trimix #5 and #6

First time/new Trimix user and ED sufferer.
Started on Trimix #5 PAP 30 mg/mL, Phentolamine 1 mg/mL, PGE1 10 micrograms/mL - Started with 10 units and now up to 35 units (titrating up 5 units each time). 20 units is when it starts working but erection is not long enough (~30 min) or strong enough (6/10) - it gets there with stimulation. At 30-35, it stays hard longer (maybe an hour) but still not there in terms of hardness.
Talked to my Uro. and he is now bumping me up to Trimix (#6) PAP 30 mg/mL, Phentolamine 4 mg/mL, PGE1 2.5 micrograms/mL. I will restart with a low dose of 10-15 units and will titrate up by 5.
1. Should I expect harder and longer erections when i get to the right dose with this mix?
2. I noticed Trimix (#6) is considered low Alprostadil for people having aching sensations - I never had those. Is there any downside to this?
