First time questions/feedback

Did 20 at docs office and didn’t help much so he suggested 30 units,
Was a lot better and was able to preform and it went back to normal after which was about 30 minutes.

Will try 30 again and if ok 35 might be a perfect dose but am being very cautious!

Question is it feels a little sore, is that just because it’s not use to expanding or should I be concerned?
Nothing painful maybe a 2 or 3 out of 10 and only bothered me for an hour.

That's probably alprostadil (PGE1) ache. Many guys get it at least initially. With many of them it goes away with continued use. A few guys get it so bad they can't use a mix with alprostadil in it. Charge ahead you'll probably be fine once you gain some experience. Another possibility is a partial miss where some of the meds go into the wrong tissue. That can hurt for a couple of hours.
