i read somewhere that if one is scared of needles then it is useful otherwise its difficult to hit the target with autoinjector.

When I started I needed an autoinject to do the job. However I have switched to doing injections by hand. I hate needles but my need for sex has outweighed any fears I had. Now I plump up with my VED and carefully chose the injection site. Hold the needle like a dart and press in very slowly. I use a 1/2" needle and I have decent girth. I pull the needle back a bit and slowly press the plunger and then massage the entire penis for a few minutes (As recommended on this site). Been hitting home runs each time. Yesterday was our best session ever. Thank God for Trimix.

Hi Roy
Best of luck on your first injection. I started out using only the syringe but had a bad mental block to it. I found out about Auto Injectors on this site and purchased the recommended model and found a good Uro to help me learn how to use it. I found it very effective. As to spot or target, you really mean the angle against the shaft. The only other target issue was keeping away from veins. With time I stopped using the Auto injector as I came to be comfortable with the slight initial discomfort of the injection. I did it for over 10 years before my implant with Dr Eid. The injections were becoming less reliable, and the mix was very strong by the time I had the implant.

You don't need an auto injector. There is a little hump getting over the initial idea of sticking a needle in your dick. But once you do it a few times you'll be good to go and will have litle hesitation injecting. Don't stress over this so much. Go for it and enjoy he ride.

I use one called Inject-ease.
It has been very helpful to me.
It injects the needle and then you push the plunger down with your thumb at a pace that suits you

I just started with Trimix but can see it helping on the non dominant side.
I also do weekly TRT and my left side is always a little harder and I don’t have as small
Of a target area to hit.
