Hello All

i tried a higher dose of trimix and was not able to cum a lot. i got a hard erection that lasted over 3 hours (went soft in the middle) and i went sore.

i was doing penetrative sex. my dose was 15 but in the clinic i was ok with both 10 and 12.5 units. i just used 15 at home in order to be extra sure that i get erection during penetrative sex.

is there anything i can do to make cumming easier with trimix?

do i have to decrease the dose?

also i havent had penetration sex much recently until i met this person in my life who i love dearly.

please advise

You're very new to this. Things will get better after you gain some experience and your dick gets broken in a bit to the meds. Be patient. But yeah, a lower dose usually makes for an easier orgasm. But you're so new to this there's no telling why you couldn't get off.

It's a little discouraging to me to hear of delayed ejaculation or anorgasmia from TriMix. I'm a lurker on this topic since I don't currently use an ICI to get an erection but I see myself on the road to ICI in the next year or two. My current level of anorgasmia (fail around 30% of the time) is such that I might not have any margin for error if I add BiMix/TriMix to the equation.

The delayed orgasm is a godsend. I do have to make sure it’s been a few days since I last came otherwise it can become difficult

I’m getting close to almost 3 years with trimix, have not have to change dose but have had to go up in dose. I am one of the few who is stricken with trimix induced anorgasmia. I’m up to about 375 injections and have not been able to have a penetration orgasm since injection #4! sex used to last 3-4 hours and that has calmed down to 2 but if i want an orgasm i have to work really hard at it with my hand or fleshlite. if i am lucky i will have one but there have been plenty of nights that i went without because it was too hard (no pun intended). it works amazing for the wife who gets worn out 3-4 times a week but, i guess we have settled with it since nothing works. using a smaller dose does nothing but give me an erection that doesnt last as long as i need it. cabergoline helps a tiny bit but not a game changer. the sensitizing oitments also dont work. i have noticed desensitization just from using trimix, it diminshes the feelings but not the pleasure. just my experience.

This happens to me sometimes, and it's happened more recently with the new and more powerful mix. It IS a mixed blessing. Regardless of what we're doing, it's still fun to have it hard and having whatever kind of sex we're up to but there have been times that I mentally want to release but physically it's not easy to have happen. I have tried a lower mix and that makes it easier to ejaculate so it kind of depends on what we're going to be up to. A quickie before going out to eat....yeah, lower dosage might do the trick.

My experience.
I was rendered with ED after prostate surgery, and started with Trimix, and now Bimix.
For whatever reason, I cannot orgasm in missionary position, but I certainly can with doggystyle. So that’s how my wife and I deal with it. It’s not so bad.
Maybe try different positions?

If you look back at past posts on this subject you will find several that have addressed this problem. I've been injecting over 10 years and have had this problem from time to time. Lowering the dose just a little helped me, and of course the longer time elapsed between sex, the easier it was to orgasm. There were a few times where my GF had to provide a HJ, or BJ to get me off. I think for most guys this problems comes ( no pun intended) and goes depending on many factors.
