Has anybody had a bad experience with them? I placed an order Thursday and paid $35 for over night 1 state away and it didn’t arrive and the tracking number says “ ups waiting On package”. I get missing 1 day but it still says the same thing and haven’t heard back from my rep or customer service that o left a meaaage for.

Just concerned they charged my card and won’t ship which will make it hard to start over since my doctor sent them the script

I've been using Olympia Pharmacy for over 5 years and never had a problem with delivers. When I lived out of state ( Olympia is in FL where I now live) in NY, I recall a 1 day delay at times in delivery, but that was due to FedEx. Have you tried e-mailing them as well? They usually pretty responsive to calls and e-mails.

I emailed and called customer service on Friday. Also emailed and left a message from my rep. Nobody had called me back.
Hopefully just a one off but frustrating

I've only had delivery problems once and it wasn't due to Olympia. They gave me the info on when they shipped. It was the carrier who delayed it by a day. So I never go back and blame a supplier for a carrier issue. They can't fix a problem that they didn't create. I have had occassional response issues from Olympia but then again I've also had outstanding customer service so in my mind, it all works out.
