Trimix Strength Chart

Thought this might be some important info for us all.
My compounding Pharmacy provided me with these TriMix Formulas.
Trimix Strength:
In this order .......... Prostaglandin E1 ( Alprostadil ) / Papaverine / Phentolamine
STANDARD TRIMIX:
Trimix #5 (10mg/30mg/1mg) /mL
Trimix #8 (20mcg/30mg/2mg) /mL ( SUPER TRIMIX )
Trimix #15 (40mcg/30mg/2mg) /mL
Trimix #9 (40mcg/30mg/4mg) /mL
Trimix #13 (60mcg/30mg/6mg) /mL
Trimix #16 (100mcg/30mg/6mg) /mL
LOW ALPROSTADIL TRIMIX:
Trimix #14 (2.5mcg/30mg/1mg) /mL
Trimix #6 (2.5mg/30mg/4mg) /mL
Trimix #7 (5mg/30mg/4mg) /mL
Trimix #11 (7.5mcg/30mg/4mg) /mL
Trimix #12 (10mcg/30mg/4mg) /mL

Which ingredient helps more with firmness?

Not sure if this is correct, but my doctor talked about Prostaglandin E1 ( Alprostadil ) for SIZE, Papaverine for FIRMNESS, and Phentolamine for DURATION. Seems to make sense if you understand what each ingredient does.

Please note that the “Drug Switching Chart” on this site indicates PGE1 for FIRMNESS. That chart does not address size, only Firmness and Duration. It does discuss pain considerations.

bldoink has posted a link to a chart from a company (no longer providing TriMix) that, if I'm reading it correctly, says:
Firmness: Increase PGE1 (Alprostadil)
Duration: Increase Papaverine
I don't see that link but I'm sure someone with a better search capability could find it.

Mine is papa is 30 phen is 3 and alp is 20.
First trail dose was 30/1/10.
This seems a little stronger but still not as firm with 35 units.
Going to try 45 next and see if it helps

Goes to show how differently we all react to TriMix. I'm taking 3 units of 30/3/20 and am close to priapism with just 3.

Paul, (Frank Talk Admin) posted the link in the second thread ( a sticky) in the "Injection" sub-forum titled "Injection drug switching info".

Thanks for the chart.
I'm using Trimix #5 at 15 units and that working perfectly for me
