EMERGENCY - Erection Lasted 3.5 Hours - Please Help!

Hi guys.. While overseas I injected too much trimix 5 days ago. As a result, my erection lasted 3.5 hours. The pain runs on the right side from the tip of the penis to my testicle. The pain is inside and at times feels cold. Most of the time it's a semi-sharp pain. It's discomforting more than pain, but still bothersome. The sharpness is going away but slowly.

I called my uro who wasn't available so I talked to his nurse. The nurse said I should take Tylenol and to rest. She also said to place some ice on it. She said if I feel pain to go to the hospital.

Before I injected this trimix I almost never got any nocturnal or morning wood. After this incident, I now get some nocturnal wood. I also can get erect when I lie down before going to sleep which I hardly got before.

Please let me know what you guys think.

3.5 hour erection is not something to worry about (hopefully you enjoyed it). Pain might be lagging injection pain or something. Of course, listen to your doctor, but if it was me, I wouldn't worry about it and enjoy that sudden morning wood.

Thanks for the reply and excuse my late response. I need to tell you something and need your help big time.

Today I godamned unfortunately saw my uro about this issue to make sure my penis was ok. This fuckin doctor stretches my penis to the right then the left and squeezes the sides on top to ensure there was no scarring tissue.

Because of this I left the clinic with sore pain. It wasn't excruciating pain, but sore pain that runs from the base of the penis to an inch into the body. When I got home I applied ice, Vaseline and mineral oil. I was healing well and improving until I saw this godamned stupid doctor today.

I slept now for 5 hours and it's almost 4am. I don't get a nocturnal erection and I don't feel horny for one like I used to get. To be fair, this visit with the uro happened today as I said.

I need to know what you think of this. I'm very worried and don't know what to do or expect. Please let me know if I should worry about this or if this pain will go away and my pens will be ok.

As for me, the only time I experienced something like you're describing is one particular bimix injection (this one towards the base on right side), that caused nerve pain in the penis, as well as into the body part of the penis (penis that's inside you). As with you, scared the heck out of me. I don't recall how long it lasted, and it never happened again, but it just highlights that there are nerves in our little buddies that if poked or prodded get aggrivated. Again, call your doctor, but it shouldn't last too long and you'll be okay.

It's not a normal penile exam when it hurts and when the uro manhandles your penis on top of an injury that happened a week before and was healing.

So I both emailed and called my uro.. He hasn't responded yet. But I talked to his nurse who told me to drink lots of water and to take aapirin/ tylenol.

Again please, I need to remind you that this physical exam came on top of a trimix injury. I was improving greatly from that injury until this fuckin godamned uro examined me.

I feel like calling a lawyer. I swear to fuckin God I don't deserve this curse in my life.

I typically have 3-4 hrs. No worries! I've had many last 5 hrs. When they say " seek medical help after 4HRS"...keep in mind they're allowing for another 2 HRS before actual treatment.....so.... if you have erection for 4 hrs..NO PROBLEM. I Just my take ..not medical advice.
