Glans engorgement

Been using Trimix prosta 10,pap 30,phen 1 and it been working great.

However I've been wondering if there's any different mix of trimex that would result in more engorgement of the glans?

i started with Tri-mix and found it was very painful. I found Franktalk and learned about Bi-mix. My first injection shocked me as i had my old thick shaft and purple head erection back without the pain. Bi-mix might be worth a try

Have concerns about this also. Searched and became interested in supplementing with trimix (bi-mix actually) gel, and was prescribed, which seems to help. When I first tried it, it worked (in a masturbation scenario) with fair engorgement of cock overall- fleshy, but not the solid core/cavernosa you get with injections. The gel is a bit squirrely to get used to with the syringe tip (no needle) into the urethra, in keeping the gel down with no leakage. I usually just massage the extra spillover into the glans, then wipe off after a couple minutes. I combine this with a slightly smaller dose of the trimix and I think overall the combo is a bit better re glans engorgement than just the injection.

When I started Tri-Mix, my uro suggested I stay on daily Tadalafil for the glans. Since the CC (beneficiaries of the TriMix) do not extend into the glans, the glans needs a little help, hence the Tadalafil. I've never heard this elsewhere, but that's what he said.
