Trimix and airport security scanners

Hi All

i am just wondering if there is any harm of trimix vial going through airport security scanner?

will the x rays destroy the vial? do i need to request manual inspection from the airport security instead.

i am carrying trimix in 4allfamily cooler

please advise

Ask your pharmacist about this - it is their job to know - but you also have the right to ask for visual inspection instead of sending it through the x-ray.

X-rays don't have enough energy to break molecular bonds. You're ok.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

They actually do. That's why people can get cancer from too many X rays.

Safest option is to ask for a visual inspection of your meds before placing on the security conveyor. This is a typical request. After they review they will hand back to you without gong thought x ray scanner.

I've done it a few times with no issues. One time they saw the needles and looked inside the carrying case but the prescription was right on the label and there were no questions asked. I think it's safe but a doc would know better than I would.

I travel with my loaded needles in a diabetic child cooler. I’ve never had a failure using these syringes. Sometimes TSA will check to make sure ice pack is still icy.
Age 68, retired in Costa Rica. ED related to relapsing remitting MS. Increasing doses of Viagra worked for 10 yrs. Been injecting trimix for last 10 yrs with >95% effectiveness. Erection 10/10 for 2 hours.
