Hello!
I m a 32 years old pfs sufferer (post finasteride syndrome). I suffer from severe ed the last 6 years. My bloodwork is fine,no sign of venous leak etc.
My question is how long can i survive on injections with me being in good health, blood wise and penis health wise. I d like to survive 10 years on injections,so then maybe i could find a good urologist to give me an implant. First injection i had was a caverject 20mcg/ml which resulted in about 4 hour erection.

Hi Hector
Some of these guys on this site I believe have been on Trimix for 12 years. I believe one guy said 18 years. I am hoping to get 12 years out of it and then make a decision. If it stops working before then, then I will opt for a malleable, probably a Tactra.

I’ve been on injections for 10 years and pretty much the same trimix formula for the last 5. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions.

Currently averaging 2 times per week. In the past I've averaged 3 times per week. I use Alprostadil (PGE1) mono-mix of 80mcg/ml. I use anywhere from 6 to 16 units. Usually on the lower end of the range. I do supplement with a novelty/sex shop cock ring.

come february it will be 3 years that i have been injecting with the same formula. dose is on average 7-10 units and for the last year we average 4-5 times a week. our record (the wife and I) is 7 days in a row! we dont make it a rule to do it that often consecutively but trimix is a game changer for us. most times on average it's most weekends with days prior or after the weekend. i hope to get 10 plus years if at all possible.

Hello
I'm going into my ninth year soon and in the last two years I've been using it 2-4 times a week. Occasionally also 6-7x. But rather the exception.
I only had to double the dose in the years. But it works extremely well. Never complaints. No scars

Yes. I’ve been on injections nearly 10 years. No scarring.

My dose requirements increased over the years. Quickly at first and then less quickly the last few. I’m near the end of their effectiveness. Not because of building up a tolerance, but because my venous leak seems to have worsened over time.

Others have remained on the same low dose seemingly indefinitely.
