Im 43 yr old,type 2 diabetes controlled 0n victoza..started us8n trimix as my buddy wont work no more..up to 40 cc and still not erect enough.goes soft lying on my back...shits tak8n a toll on me with wife..lost 160 lbs to help my sugar..this is the mix i got...do i need stronger mix as i do not get any erection without trimix,any pointers or advice is greatly appreciated...

It looks like they gave you a 30/1/10 mix. Mixes can get a lot stronger. Try adding a novelty/sex shop cock ring to the mix. You'll have to experiment to find the right rings for you.

Do you go soft if you are standing or vertical, or does it just go away after you are lying down? If it works by staying upright, then you have another problem, likely Venous Leakage which is what I have. Upright, I'm good to go. Once I lie down it disappears quickly.

Not always. I have venous leak too but in my case standing or kneeling upright makes the erection go away very rapidly. I can get strong sleep erections lying in my right side but they vanish as soon as I move to any other position.
