It looks like they gave you a 30/1/10 mix. Mixes can get a lot stronger. Try adding a novelty/sex shop cock ring to the mix. You'll have to experiment to find the right rings for you.

Do you go soft if you are standing or vertical, or does it just go away after you are lying down? If it works by staying upright, then you have another problem, likely Venous Leakage which is what I have. Upright, I'm good to go. Once I lie down it disappears quickly.

Not always. I have venous leak too but in my case standing or kneeling upright makes the erection go away very rapidly. I can get strong sleep erections lying in my right side but they vanish as soon as I move to any other position.

Do u think i should get a stronger med to help?my erections are still bendy and not fully erect

If my wife jacks me off it will stay hard at any position..just tryin to figure this out
