Dealing with the other new topic I just posted ( over on General ) dealing with my testicles that have gotten smaller since my RP, I figured I would post this as a question to you fellas.
Prior to all of our ED issues when we get aroused, not only does blood flow into our penis making it erect, but also into our testicles making them large and firm. For me, in the “old days” when I got an erection, my testicles got big and hard. Now, TriMix only works on my penis. Nothing happens to my balls.
When you fellas inject and as it starts to work……..do you notice increased blood flow into your testicles too?
OK……………..just asking to see if I’m the only one.

Age 71. RP March 2023. No longer use Sildenafil. Tri-Mix 20/30/2 @ 30 units. No longer use VED with Vacurect. Penile Rehab Program. No natural erections yet. Solo sex only. Happily married for 41 years.

You might be the only one. Testicles and penis have no arterial connection.
Age 81 in 2026. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 25 min.

No.
You will typically need HCG to counteract testicle atrophy. Find a TRT doctor who will prescribe this.
