Trimix at room temperature for 48 hours

I have a syringe loaded with Trimix that has been at room temperature for a couple of days and I'm thinking about throwing it away but I was wondering has anyone had success with Trimix that had been out of the fridge for a while?

At room temperature trimix eventually becomes bimix, since two of the three ingredients are stable at room temperature. Bimix still works well for many guys.

I've used Trimix on trips which had warmed to room temperature for 3-5 days, with no change in effectiveness.

I too have traveled with it without refrigeration for several days. I saw no change in its effectiveness. My prescription instructions even says "do not leave un-refrigerated for longer than 3 days".
