I'm reading through the Injections forum (up to Page 33 in the history) there are several threads that associate anorgasmia with injections. This is usually to suggest that orgasms are more difficult.
I've injected about a dozen times, very successfully. Before TriMix, my orgasm success rate was running at about 60%. In my limited TriMix experience, orgasms are significantly easier. This may well be small sample size bias but I am nonetheless encouraged. My uro was unaware of any negative cause and effect and opined that the reliable erection and concomitant confidence could be a positive factor.
Are there any other success stories, especially long term, of injections helping with orgasm?

with me, i am severely affected by anorgasmia due to trimix. i am over 400 injections and have not been able to have a penetration orgasm since injection number 4! before that i could always orgasm without issue. from reading on the forum, it seems like i am the minority and most others dont have the same issue. i wish you well in your endevours and hope it does not affect you.
50+ yrs old. married 25+ years. hypothyroid, on TRT. 10+ years ED, viagra, cialis now 50% ineffective. now on trimix 2MG phentolamine/30MG papaverine/20MCG alprostadil
Re: Tri-Mix and anorgasmia
I was going to respond but realized I have the opposite problem, with Premature Ejaculation.
When I started Trimix I had to relearn how to have sex. What I mean is before Trimix I was always worried about getting an erection that lasted more couple of minutes. Before Trimix, I would either get it up and ejaculate within a minute or two. Or lose my erection after 2-3 minutes. Either way, it left my wife unfulfilled.
Now using Trimix I still have a tendency to ejaculate within a few minutes. But I purposely hold back any orgasm.
I then continue to have sex with my wife, and when she hits the big O it's as if I have a second dry orgasm.
My point here is that orgasm and ejaculation are not necessarily the same.
Ejaculation is a physical response. Whereas Orgsam can come from a full body response.

Struggled with ED/PE for years.
Started using Trimix in May 2022 with very good results.

Thanks sogwap and ape1100. It's encouraging to hear experiences of improved response. I wonder if there is actual increased physical sensitivity due to the Tri-Mix or if it is more confidence in being able to stay hard for the duration. When I first started Tri-Mix, less than a couple of months ago, I was hopeful that my erections would be reliable but still concerned that it would be a hollow victory if I still couldn't ejaculate. It's a small sample size but gives me hope nonetheless.
Any other tales of TriMix either helping or hindering ejaculation?

I've been using Trimix a little over a year with super success.I injected 78 times in the first 12 months.About 10 % of the time I was not able to ejaculate.Wish I had 100% ejaculate rate but as long as can have 90% success I'm OK.

Thanks, JW. How does 90% compare to your experience before TriMix?

Re: Tri-Mix and anorgasmia
Well Can get, I guess I was 100 % before Trimix but I had got the point that I could not keep it UP long enough for penetration so my ejaculation rate had become inmaterial.
I think my ED problem was mostly psychological.
I will say now with Trimix it takes me much, much, much longer to ejaculate but my wife is not complaining....

Re: Tri-Mix and anorgasmia
I have found that if I combine trimix with viagra, I am able to orgasm easier. viagra by itself isn't enough to get me hard, but it DOES engorge my glans, which makes it easier to orgasm.
57 years old, artificial heart valve. TRT started May, 2020. ED/libido issues never fixed by TRT. Not super responsive to viagra/cialis. Started Trimix 2/2021. 20/7.5/.25 mix.

Re: Tri-Mix and anorgasmia
Good to know. My uro encouraged me to keep taking daily Tadalafil for that reason - to engorge the glans because Tri-Mix doesn't help in that area.

If it works then great, but for me I find tadalafil doesn't engorge the glans, just the corpora. Tadalafil is also sometimes used as a treatment for P.E. since it tends to delay ejaculation, so I think it is not just me. Vardenafil (levitra) engorges the glans much more and has best sensitivity and sildenafil (viagra) comes second in my experience, but YMMV.
