Started it a few months ago and seem to finally find a dose that works. 50 units of 30/3/20. The problem is I have no sensation or feeling so don’t orgasm.
As the Trimix wears off feeling comes back slowly but the erection also go away.

Question, could it be one of the ingredients in Trimix ?

Would something like a bimix be different?

Just a side comment.. 50 units is way to much in volume. Talk to your doc/pharmacy about getting a stronger prescription. That way you'll use fewer units, get better results and save money! The ingredients are cheap for the pharmacy so they don't charge more for 3ml of stronger solution vs 3ml of a weaker solution. Also at the top of this injection discussion is a post that links to a pdf that describes the effects of varying the mix in the trimix. You may be able to improve sensation. I was able to reduce my injection by half and still getting equivalent or better erectile results. YMMV

Ditto Jayguy on the dosage, Are you really using 50 units, I.e. ½ ml? I have the same mixture and get by with just 2 units.

Yea anything less doesn’t get hard. 50 units is 80% hard and last maybe 45 minutes max.

He did mention a stronger mixture, will ask for a script for that and try.
