Hello all!
pills stopped working after 15 years. I was going to have an implant but my new doctor asked me to try an injection once or twice first. I use aviptadil / phentolamine mesilate (Invicorp®) and it works perfect but I have lost some length from lack of erections. Looking for advice from the group!
All the best!
Loss of length, help?

If I'm not mistaken injections cause the corpus cavernosum to engorge. The cavernosum only extends only to the ridge of the glans (see here:https://www.britannica.com/science/corpus-cavernosum-penis). The glans is a different corpus (corpus spongiosum) so the glans does not expand as in someone with normal erectile function so you could be losing some length there. And I wouldn't recommend injecting the glans also

Birth Year 1959, Happily married to wife since 1987. On TRT since age 45, started sildenafil at age 48. Had lifesaving abdominal surgery at 61 with lost erectile function following surgery. Started trimix in January 2023 at age 63.

There is size loss with lack of erections as you mentioned. I’ve found that using a VED (even briefly) on a regular basis help stretch the tissue and restore/maintain my prior size.
I buy cheap VEDs (about $15) on eBay and use it in the shower each morning. I’m probably only in it 10 minutes a day. But it has helped me.
Water getting into the valve mechanism will ruin it in about 9 months time. Then I toss it in the trash and buy another one for $15.

Thanks guys!
Atm I am working on getting my foreskin stretched as it has narrowed. When fully erect I am still 1" shorter than 2 years back when the pills stopped working. I am blessed with a patient wife and will order a VED. My doctor told me to use hydrocortizone twice a day on the entire penis for 4-8 weeks to help the foreskin stretch back.
I am just so darn happy that I can have an erection and proper sex again!
Thanks again!

Hey, I'm in a similar position as pills are really starting to fail on me. Also losing length and looking at VED options. I think I'd like one with a pressure gauge so I don't over-pump, but for some reason all of the medical grade pumps do not have pressure gauges. Can anyone explain if there is a reason for this? Are pressure gauges simply not needed for safety?
If you decide to buy a particular VED then do let me know how it goes

British, 33 yrs old. ED caused by Paraphimosis in 2019. 100mg Sildenafil for sex. Trialled Invicorp as advised by doctor in 2021, too strong. Taking some Sildenafil every night to stimulate nocturnal erections. Pills starting to lose effectiveness (2025).

I have found that using a VED (penis pump) has helped me maintain both length and girth. I quit for a year when it broke and I lost an inch in length and a half inch in girth over that time. I bought a new one and in three months of 2-3 times a week use, I have regained what I had lost.
72 yrs. young, ED 10+ yrs. Viagra (25mg<50mg<100), Levitra, Cialis, daily Cialis, all no longer effective. Started .05 mL (5 units) Tri-Mix 10 - Alprostadil/Pavaverine HCL/Phentolamine Mesylate 10MCG/12MG/1MG/ML 7/30/21, now at 10-12 units.

Re: Loss of length, help?
Ask your doctor if you can take a low dose of daily cialis. Even if it didn't work for on-demand erections, the current thinking is that it will still cause some nocturnal engorgement and help preserve length.
