Hi, I'm 32 years old. I hurt my penis 2 years ago and it's not working for me at all.
I've tried injections and they cause priapism even at the lowest dose.
A doctor suggested that I ligate the deep dorsal vein, which he says is the one that is leaking according to the Doppler study!!
Do you think that if I do the ligation I could have any complications like golam?
Do you think I should continue with a smaller dose of Caverject?
I need all your experience, friends!!

I have not heard a single story of venous litigation being successful. I'd try a smaller injection dose.

Have to agree with wolfpacker, never heard anything good about venous surgeries.
If a smaller dose of Caverject still causes issues may have to consider other options.
Sudafed taken in a large dose (5-6 pills at once) is known to help an erection go down.

What was the medication you injected exactly? What was the concentration of that medication (how many milligrams or micrograms per milliliter) and how much of that medication (how many units) did you inject?

What has your experience with pills been? Which ones did you try? What dose did you take? What was the effect?


Like others have said, I haven’t heard of any success stories with ligation procedures.

The other doctor used 4 units of Trimix in the second ultrasound, a little less.

What was the result of the 20 mcg of Caverject? How long did you remain erect? Did it go away on its own or did you need to be drained in a doctors office. Were you given medication to try to make the erection go down?

“4 units of Trimix” tells us the volume of the Trimix (the amount of liquid in the syringe), but not the strength. That is necessary information as well. It’s possible a weaker mix could work well for you.
Same questions about that shot: what did it do, how long did that last, did anything need to be done to stop it?

Both times it gave me an erection that lasted almost 3 hours, almost 4 until they drained me!!!
