Has anyone done Vac pumping with trimix injection. Before or after? If so does one work better? Trimix erection is a little like a piece of wood. Not bad but looking to improve. Erection with the pump is fuller but gets cold very quickly. Wondered if the two together would be an improvement.

I pump up prior to injecting to make the target area larger. Allows me to see the veins and it makes the corpus larger. I pump up to about 75 % erect . Very chubby, but not hard enough for penetration.

I do not pump up after the injection.

Before injection I think is ok but I find a little "manual" stimulation before injecting easier and just as effective.

I would be reluctant to use VED too soon after injecting.....I like wait at least 24 hours..... Seems like you would want to give injection spot time to heal....
