University Compounding Pharmacy is what I use. They’re based out of San Diego, CA
Their strongest mix is Trimix 80 and their strongest quadmix is 60.
What is your pharmacy and what is their strongest mix? I’m thinking about switching pharmacies for a stronger mix.

My compounding pharmacy has been Americare Compounding in Garden City NY (NYC). tel-516-292-5141
They can make any mix your doc prescribes. Price is good (around $150 for 10cc vial if I remember correctly). I’m not sure how far they ship. I get it delivered since I’m local.
Your mix could still go higher.
Your PGE (prostaglandins) at 60mcg could be significantly higher. I’ve seen 200mcg or more. Your Papaverine at 30mg is pretty much maxed. Your Phentolomine at 2mg could be up to 6mg. And your Atropine at 0.15mg could be 0.2mg.
My experience is that once my mix became really strong and I was using large doses, even big increases in strength yielded small changes in effect. Essentially my venous leak had progressed to such an extent that it is difficult to overcome no matter how strong/large the dose.
