Trimix better to freeze or not

Hi, I’ve been using trimix for a year or so now pretty much have the dosing and method down but I think some of my batches maybe expiring early not as effective a week or two prior to the expiration, or another catastrophic nightmare when it doesn’t work at all . I keep it refrigerated for easy use. Usually have a few needles pre loaded ready to go. Could I get more consistency if I freeze the pre loaded needles? How long will they last frozen? How long is the med good for after thawed out, typically how fast and what’s the best way to thaw them out, any tips or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

I've been freezing the vial of Trimix for years and haven't had any problems. Some batches I noticed for some reason will lose its efficacy sooner than others. I still think that may be from the ingredients themselves used at the pharmacy..I have no proof of that, but it's something I've noticed over the years I've been injecting. Most guys on here will draw up several syringes, freeze them and thaw them as they are ready to use them...and keep the remaining Trimix in the vial frozen until drawing up another batch of pre-loaded syringes. I've done that for years and like I said, have had no problems.

So you get the frozen vial from pharmacy, as I did today.

Then thaw it and put into several syringes.
Then stick those syringes into the freezer.

Then take one out when you need one, and thaw and use?


So the mix will have been frozen twice and thawed twice? This is ok? Just want to be sure.

I got two vials today both thawed by time I got home. So I stuck one in the freezer for now and kept the other in the fridge. Debating whether to used the thawed one and make a bunch of of frozen syringes.

Yes, that's what I do. But, more often than your example because I thaw the frozen vial every 2-3 months to make a new batch of syringes, them re-freeze the vial.

I freeze mine for quite some time. I take out the frozen syringe just before I put my penis in the VED, I roll the syringe in my fingers for the 3 minutes it takes to plump up. By this time the Trimix has become clear and ready to inject. Remember to pull back the stopper as the rubber gasket may have gripped onto the inside wall of the syringe. Push forward until a drop comes out and inject.

Thanks for the freezing tips guys but I just received a new batch and still need sixteen or 20 units to make it work as opposed to the 11 units I’ve been using for a year. Not sure what happened if it’s not the drugs then maybe the effects on me are changing bodies getting used to it scarring not sure. Getting a Doppler done in a week or two I’ll need to mess with the dosage again to get it back in the safe zone ordered the antidote if I go too far with it. Any advice appreciated, thanks. Sucks that I was getting confident in the shot then thrown for a curve ball.



Psychogenic Ed 2023 ,acquired performance anxiety tried Tadalafil 20mg doesn’t work for me, sex therapy . trimix 10/ 30 / 1 , alp/pap/phen 11 units started 2024.

Hmmmm… can't say about the scarring. Do you detect any by feel?

I always hear in reference to the pde5i's that the body does not learn to accommodate them but in most cases it's just simply the ED getting worse and effectiveness seems to be less. My guess is that this same theory applies to ICI. In my 11 months of injecting, I've noticed a teeny increase in the dose is necessary.

Thanks for the input, can’t feel any physical scar tissue sometimes curves in one direction initially then straightens out when fully erect. Yeah Ed could be getting worse or some undiagnosed physical things but initially thought to be caused by performance anxiety some of the info out there mentions that psychogenic doesn’t effect the injection performance.
