I'm 30 years old. I've been suffering from unexplained erectile dysfunction for 10 years. My two corpora cavernosa become hard, but the glans remains soft. Generally, I'd say that with good stimulation, I get a 60-70 percent erection. Unfortunately, that's too low for decent penetration. If I tense my pelvis, I can maintain a 100 percent erection for a very short time, and my penis is also longer and thicker. I have and it did literally nothing for me. I guess your mileage may vary...

OP - keep in mind that injections in general don't directly affect your glans engorgement. The chemicals in injections work on Corpus Cavernosa, which is the two "sides" of the penis, they don't work on the Corpus Spongiosa, which is the "bottom" part and glans. However, having an erection with the Corpus Cavernosa will make your whole penis stiffen and thus compress the Corpus Spongiosa in the process, making it slightly harder and engorged. It juts won't be "as normal".
I suggest using a decent cock-ring that you find confortable. They do help with the whole thing.
