Is there someone who got an actual curve as a result of injections?

Postby Thisworld » Wed Oct 08, 2025 10:45 am

We know that improper use of injections can cause some degree of scarring, but is there someone who got an actual such severe scarring to cause pain, shortening and curvature? Or for most cases are we speaking just of minor scarring/fibrosis without severe consequences. Thanks

I have been injecting for 2 1/2 years with no scarring of any kind. Just use the VED religiously especially the day after an injection. It really helps with overall penis health. I had a bit of a natural curve before and there is not change in the past years. If anything I think the VED actually helps with this as well.

I used Trimix for about a year, I was a perfect straight 6.5 "using a VED before I started Trimix, I was 79 at the time and was also taking Testosterone shots. I developed about a 20° kink about 2 1/2" from the end. The shots always were closer to the base. Dr. Blick in Phoenix installed an AMS 700, I now have a smooth upward curve and I'm just over 5" but with a slight gain in girth. He promised to make me as big as possible, does feel stretched when I get it pumped up all the way so I believe it may stretch out a bit more with time.

I hate to reply to this tread because I don’t want to scare or discourage anyone from using Trimix, but yes, I got a curve from injecting.

After about a month of trial and error and receiving great advice from my buddies on this site, I got pretty good at successfully and consistently getting erections from injecting Trimix. It was almost 100 % guaranteed that it was going to work. I even got to the point that I could predict how long I would have an erection based on the number units injected For every unit, I got 10 minutes of erection. So 6 units, 1 hour, 12 units is 2 hours and so on.

All was going great for about 9 months. I was injecting 2, sometimes 3 times a week. Always alternating sides and taking longer breaks if a hematoma appeared.

Once, after an injection, I got a small hematoma on the right side. I didn’t think it was a big deal. It was about the size of the diameter of a pencil. I took some time off and started again. The next time I injected on the right side, I got another hematoma about the same size. Again, I didn’t think too much about it. I took some time off to let it heal.

The next time I injected, disaster! I had about a 30 degree curve to the right that also curved up. I was devastated. I started my VED therapy, which has help reduce the curvature some.

Fortunately, I am slowly, ever so slowly, getting some of my ability to get an erection back without injecting, pills, or VED. I have successfully got several errections naturally and with the aid of a ring, was able to have decent sex. I recently passed my two year anniversary since having my RP, which is the threshold for having an awakening of the nerves, so even though it appears time is running out, I still have some hope that some day I will be able to get erections like I did before my RP.

All that being said, I still inject occasionally when all else fails, about once a month or so. When I do inject, I see the curvature, but strangely enough, if I am able to get erect without an injection (which is not consistent) I don’t see the curvature. This may be because without Trimix, I may not be 100% erect. I don’t know.

My case of having a curvature (PD) may have nothing to do with injecting Trimix. Scarring can caused by a number of things. Trimix is a wonderful drug and I have no regrets for using it.

I started Trimix about 8 years after my RP, because pills stopped working unless i took a megadose. Worked great for about 4 years, then i had to go up to 30 units for it to work. Developed scarring and a curve. Just got an implant and the surgeon needed an extra hour to deal with scar tissue for my implant to look and work right. The implant and the surgeon did a great job of getting me straighten out.

That said, i have no real regrets about my trimix usage. A lot of guys use it for 10+ years with no ill effects. I do wish my uro at the time had given me a realistic view of the risks and alternatives to injections. At the time an implant wasn’t on my radar and he didn’t bring it up as a desirable alternative. I’m three weeks post-op, just started cycling the implant and am already pleased with the results. And I’m not going to be cleared for sex with my wife for another 3 weeks!

Bottom line is go into the injections route with eyes wide open. They’re pretty miraculous when an easy injection gives you a 1 hour erection that’s rock hard. Just monitor penile health and talk to your uro if you see any signs of curvature or scarring. Good luck!
RP 2012, fought ED with viagra and cialis for years then switched to trimix for 3 years. Then scar tissue settled in. Implanted with AMX700 CX, 18+1, MS pump, Sept 24, 2025. Dr Darshan Patel, UCSD.
