First Time Bimix User

I'm new here. So a brief intro/history. I am a 29 year old man who first struggled with ED at 16. I had artery blockage that was corrected at age 19 with vascular bypass surgery. Since then things were great for 10 years or so. I had a girlfriend for the first 5 years and since that I ended I have been very sexually active (with help from 5 mg cialis and 10mg levitra although did not need them all the time), although not in a monogamous relationship until around 8 months ago. 3 months into that relationship (this was in January) I started having issues again. So my uro had me try 5 mg daily cialis for 2 months although it worked it seemed to make my erections weaker (less sensation and not nearly as rigid when I was doing fine). My uro now started me on Bimix 15/0.5 mix at 5 units on an insuline needle (so .05 ml?). Side not my my uro thinks my current ED struggles could partly be due to anxiety and being in a serious relationship. I do agree to a point. I'm taking a break from pills in hope that they'll be more potent after some time off. Since I've used them consistently for so long.
So my first time shooting up I had an erection that allowed me to have sex. It was painless and easy. I'd rate the erection an 8 out of 10. Once sex was completed the erection went down and then I had sex about a 30 minutes later again although with a weak erection and no climax. So a couple of questions....
I'm thinking about increasing the dosage. This was nice, but on a Saturday night when I'd like to get a few rounds in I'd like it to last a little longer. My Uro says to increase by 1 unit (.01 ml) until I like where I'm at. Does this seem low to anyone else?
Also has anyone used injections for a long time? Meaning 10 to 20 years? What has your experience been like? My Uro has some people who have used them up to 15 to 20 years. I think I may ask him to speak to one of his patients but I figured I'd ask here first.
Being 29 I am scared of long term use. I figure if I get to 50 and the injections still work, by then maybe they'll have something else or maybe I'll get an implant. Or maybe things just start working normal again and this is a phase.
Appreciate your help. Sorry for the longer post.
